Tried to install FP2

I already tried to install FP2 but Domino did not start at all. So I uninstalled Domino software, reinstalled, installed FP2, no success. Again reinstalled, without FP2, running oke.
Opened Service request at IBM. Answer: Sorry, can't help. Windows 2008 R2 64 nit is not supported. Great Windows or great IBM?
